problem

I worked with BBDO, an advertising agency, on a week long design sprint to help with a pitch. The client, an American car company, is looking to rebrand; to shift their vision and goal for the future. The client realized that the future involves electric cars and will soon be releasing a line of electric trucks. These were the specific concerns they wanted addressed:

  • The company’s vision and goals in future brand strategy (near term vs long term goals)

  • The public’s perception on electric cars

  • The public’s knowledge on electric cars

  • Not to alienate their current customer base

SOLUTION

A branded mobility app that brings the customers into the digital age, engaging with them on a more personal level, while allowing non-car owners to engage with the brand as well.

I was the ux researcher, presentation designer, and service designer.
