Not on My Watch is a movement that seeks to empower women with ovarian cancer who have had a recurrence(s) and responded to chemotherapy to no longer "watch and wait" for their disease to return. Instead, they and their loved ones can take an informed and active role in extending the time in response and delay recurrence by talking with their healthcare providers about maintenance therapy.

Not on My Watch introduced another spokesperson, this time to empower the caretakers. While Cobie Smulders talks about her personal journey with ovarian cancer, Scott Foley talks about his journey as a caretaker for his mother. Because this isn’t a revamping of the website but introducing another layer, I thought of ways we can play around with the hero image while the rest of the page stays the same. During the ideation phase, the most important thing was to not push out Cobie Smulders because
A) this site is mainly for women who have ovarian cancer and
B) even though we are introducing a new aspect to taking care of those with ovarian cancer, it would be surprising (in the bad sense) if a man were the first thing visitors saw.
The second phase of this website is now live! If you or someone you love has recurrent ovarian cancer, I hope you find this website educational and empowering.
